He drove a Plymouth Valiant if I remember right. At least I remember him.

Lee was a talented claranetist in the band and just an all round nice guy. He is missed.

Lee was one of my best friends. We spent many hours listening to music together and playing the piano for each other, right up until a few weeks before he died. He also composed music. I don’t know anyone who loved music more than he did or who was a more loyal friend. I cherish his memory.

Hi, all
I was sad to learn of Lee's death. I didn't really know him but for some reason I have a photo of him. I remembered his name but I have no idea how or why I have this photo.
Any ideas would be helpful. I don't know what year this was taken but the photo label says "Lee Lipscome in New York."
Now, this was with a group of photos I have from my friends Bill and Yvonne Sinclair who ran Etc Bookstore back in the 70s, so it could be that this was from them. Unfortunately Bill Sinclair died years ago and Yvonne doesn't remember him.
Here's the photo (well, hell, this little window is not letting me upload it ... I'll have to think of a different way.)

I did not know him that well but I do remember him. Sorry to hear of his passing. May he rest in peace.
